To protect our retail customers products and prices are only available upon login.

Creating an account:

  • Please enter all your information (follow the registration form-we do not need your birthday). To confirm that new client is legitimate business we will require a copy of the Master Business Licence (emailed or faxed) before we start preparing order.
  • Once registered and logged in you will have access to our complete catalogue and the shopping cart.
  • Place your order without payment; your order will not show shipping cost (if it does, it will be adjusted later). We will add shipping cost once we have your order ready for shipping and will send you an order confirmation with shipping cost included. You will have a choice of paying your order by credit card directly from our site or paying by cheque.

Canceling your order: You can cancel your order at any time prior to shipping at no cost. Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled, it will have to be returned following our return policy.

Returns: Most items can be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days (once the customer has received the order). All shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in sellable condition. Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item(s) back to us. Products that are lost or damaged during shipping back to us will not be refunded. A re-stocking fee of 10% will apply to the product(s) being returned with a minimum re-stocking fee of $5.00.

Following items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund:
-All final sale items
-All custom printed wedding invitations and RSVPs
-All items that have been opened or taken out of their original packaging (including plastic wrap)

If, by any chance we sent you wrong products or defective products which you want to return, we will send the courier to pick up the package at our cost

How to return the product:
Please e-mail or call us and let us know your order number and what you would like to return and we will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions. When we receive the returned item(s), we will process your return electronically within a 1-2 day period. Items without an R/A number will NOT be refunded. Products that are lost or damaged during shipping back to us will not be refunded. We will issue a credit within 1-2 business days when you have cancelled an order, made changes to your order or sent your order back to us for a refund. However, the credit may take several additional days to show up on your account depending on your credit card institution and their credit policies.

Damages and defects: While it rarely happens, items may get damaged in shipping. Although we do our best to inspect every item before shipping, we may have missed a product defect. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so we can rectify the matter. We may also ask you to ship back the damaged/defective product(s) at our expense and may ask you to provide proof of the damaged or defective product (via e-mail photo attachments). Keep the original shipment box and packaging materials. Note that in cases where there is not enough time for us to re-order/re-send your items in time for your event date, a refund will be given for the damaged items.

Shipping: Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped as the ground shipments via courier with the lowest rate and with tracking. If you prefer faster delivery, like Express, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include carrier charges only at the same cost we are paying. We do not charge handling and packing fees.

Packaging: As a small contribution to the environment, we are recycling shipping cartons from our incoming shipments and also from the grocery stores. We are recycling packing material and are also using newspapers; there for we do not have to charge packing and handling fee and are able to keep shipping cost low.
